Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange any Apt 22c piece within 30 days of purchase as long as it's sent back in original condition. Thrift pieces are final sale.

PROCESS:

1. Email info@apt22c.com with the subject line "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE." Include your order number, which piece(s) you would like to send back, and reasons for return.
2. If the piece was shipped: we will email you a pre-paid label. Simply print, package securely, and drop off at the nearest designated carrier. **Note: the postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
3. If the piece was picked up or delivered: You are responsible for transportation back to our Hyde Park location.
4. Please allow 1-2 weeks to process your return. You will receive an email notification when the refund is complete.

POLICY EXCEPTIONS:

1. Apt 22c reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that arrive damaged.
2. Gift cards are final sale.
